The Company
We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Every year, we deliver some 215,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests. AI's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills – while helping us bring trust to global trade.
You will help us make sure that our key customers are consistently satisfied with our service quality.
The Job
To do this job well, you will need to combine your technical skills with excellent customer care. You will set up SOPs for our key clients, make sure we have dedicated inspector resources allocated for the key accounts, and monitor their performance. As part of training and performance management, you will create training materials for dedicated inspectors, and hold regular training for our front-line inspectors and back office staff. You will also do some field work: that will include first inspections for new key clients, inspections for sensitive/high-risk cases, and audits to check on inspectors’ work. Finally, you will be constantly in touch with our key clients and their suppliers to make sure that they are happy with the quality of our service, answer any queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar major
- Some experience in a relevant field (1 year or more)
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English We will also consider new graduates, if you’re prepared to prove yourself and speak excellent English!
It also helps if you:
- Also have some experience with quality control or product inspections
- Are prepared to learn fast and meet tight deadlines
