Responsibilities：（请应聘人员尽量提供中英文简历）
1. Taking responsibility for the development of new materials from the allocation of the parts up to their certification by the client, complying with the objectives committed of cost and delivery time.
2. Taking responsibility for the industrialization of new mixtures in order to achieve the objectives of productivity and quality.
3. Collaborating with the production department in the resolution of quality problems that might arise in production, which are attributable to the material or process, as well as in inprovements and the achievement of the objectives of productivity and cost.
4. Designing and carrying out critical tests, which have not been explicitly requested by the client, that simulate the actual behaviour of the part and assessing, subsequently, its functionality.
5. Providing Product Enginnering with advice in that referred to materials, tests, drifting of the drawings, as well as specifying the material to be used.
6. Being aware of the legislation, standards and methods of testing of clients and the characteristics of the products available in the market for their proper use in the development of new mixtures.
7. Collaborating with process for the certification of raw materials.
8. Taking responsibility for the proper use and condition of the laboratory units.
9. Complying with the procedures and regulations concerning the prevention of occupational risks, environment, quality, etc.
Requirements:
1. Junior College or above, major in Polymer, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
2. Laboratory desired experience, product quality control
3. Must demonstrate proficient math skills
4. Demonstrate good leadership abilities potential.
