职位描述：
岗位职责：

 

1. Manage the technical content of the project by leading the Technical team

2. Initiate project (define project scope, define project schedule, secure project resources, set project development cost budget) propose a project team

3. Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feedback data and information for analysis; receive data to prepare customer negotiations

4. Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc.

5. Be first point of contact for customer

   

 

 

任职要求：

 

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering/vehicle/Automation

2. At least three years engineering working experience in powertrain area in Auto industry

3. Working in foreign company or in Joint Venture Company is a plus.

4. Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology;

5. Basic understanding of vehicle technology;

6. Good business acumen; understanding of transmission and automotive market in China;

7. Strong presentation and negotiation skill;

8. Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques and methods

9. Capable of seeing the pig picture; ability to focus on key issues

10. Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports) Structured, coordinated, organized working approach;

11. Ability to structure work systematically and logically, good command of English, spoken and written

捷孚传动科技有限公司总部位于金华市中欧生态产业园，总占地面积140亩，投资总额为23亿人民币，研发及生产混合动力双离合变速器（EDCT），在中国金华市（总部）, 苏州及德国（研发中心）均有分布，是有着国际化团队的高科技创新技术企业。
市场国际化，项目建成后将实现年产量20万台EDCT，70%将供应于中国主机厂，其他30%供应于国外主机厂。整个项目的合作团队来自数十家欧洲著名企业：如德国的大陆，博格华纳等。
项目分两期进行：一期建成变速箱装配车间、测试中心及壳体机加工， 2017年6月投入使用；二期建成变速箱核心部件生产。
