职位描述：
Responsibilities Include:
1. Expense booking which including Shanghai sales company and Kunshan plant.
2. Check the supplier information, create the new supplier in system.
3. Supplier monthly and quarterly balance check.
4. Plant material account booking. Account payable and supplier analysis, clear the open PO in the ERP system
5. Expense monthly analysis report for plant and sales company separately, monthly AP aging report analysis.
6. Prepare the payment list per the aging report.
7. Scan the VAT input invoice.
8. Monthly report entry into the Cognos system.
9. Other job assigned by the supervisor.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Well-versed with standard costing, general accounting or related function will be an advantage.
2. Well organized with strong analytical abilities.
3. Good English both in writing and speaking, and have more than 3 years related working experience.
4. Can work under the high pressure and handle quick speed work, have great knowledge of ERP. 举报 分享
