Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.):
? Bachelor degree or above, in Education, language, Human resource or Mechanic major;
? 3-5 years’ Experience in HR area, know all HR functions;
? Good command of oral and written English;
? Software knowledge: MS-Office, SAP
Responsibility/Tasks description：
1. General：
? Execute all practice of human resource management and implement various rules and regulations to support other departments;
? Assist the manager to build and improve the over-all HR system, etc;
? Organization of department’s activity.
2. Recruitment：
? Open position: Internet, Job Market;
? Interview schedule arrangement and participate the interviews when necessary;
? Interview record and result analyze.
3. Employee management：
? Attendance record control;
? Working injury management;
? Social Insurance and Housing Fund management;
? Contract management.
4. Salary and allowance management：
? Monthly salary and annual KPI bonus calculation;
? Assists the HR Manager in implementing annual performance appraisals;
? Salary review; Ensure the payroll accuracy.
5. SAP system maintenance or DAC- Door Access control.
6. Visa issue for Chinese employee and Alien.
7. Apartment and Dormitory Management.
8. Travel Management：
? Organization of business trip and further trainings measures;
? Creating of invoicing of general expenses;
? Organization of customer’s visit.
9. Any other tasks that are given by direct superior.
