Getinge Infection Control is looking for a driven, well-educated professional to manage and support our range of consumables products (detergents and chemicals). The candidate will be working independently in a dynamic and fast moving company. The position is part of the Technology Management function based in the Shanghai office reporting directly to the Department Manager.

Job purpose:
By providing specialist product knowledge and know-how the person will support the sales team as well as the service team to meet the technical needs of our hospital clients. This position will also provide product training to existing and potential customers and dealers. Internal communication with departments such as sales/service/ marketing of Getinge China and frequent communication with technical experts at our factory in Suzhou as well as in English with our factories in Sweden/France/Germany/USA. External communication will be with distributors, customers, and authorization experts in Infection control.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Master the knowledge of the product line including English and Chinese technical materials, specification, configuration, manuals etc.
2. Develop market specific material and communication strategies. Localize and translate technical materials
3. Provide technical support and guidance to country sales and service organizations
4. Provide products training to hospital (end user) and dealer
5. Assist the product registration of product line by providing required documentation
6. Support marketing activities for related products, support competitor and market analysis and coordinate gathering of external market information.
7. Participate in the QA system building
8. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by their immediate supervisor
9. Work in accordance with local and national legislation as well as company regulations and code of conduct.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as engineering or medical technology. Preferably with master degree.
- Preferably 3 years working experience in related position, product specialist in Medical Device industry and/or other technical work with related products making the candidate familiar with infection control technology and concept
- A team oriented person who shares information and supports his/her colleagues.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Positive, good communicator with good networking skills and judgment. Responsible, well organized and able to work independently in fast-paced work environment.
