Job Description of QA Manager

Taylor Wharton is a fundamental departure from traditional manufacturing concentration to a total gas application focus. Selling "solutions" to the world's growing demand for a broad range of new products, technologies, and applications is the defining characteristic of the company. Taylor Wharton operates 20 manufacturing, sales, warehouse, and service facilities in six countries on four continents and markets its products in over 80 countries worldwide.


1． 总岗位职责：
? 管理及监督安全、环境及质量保证计划以保证遵守政府法律、法规及公司政策
? 质量经理代表公司保证所有产品严格按压力容器规范及公司的技术要求制造
? 负责公司ISO文件的管理，内部和外部审查
? 改进公司的质量控制和服务流程
? 完善公司的质量体系，并有效执行
? 按照公司政策及政府法规执行、监管安全及环境计划
? 执行所有安全检查、事故调查、安全培训及工艺文件
? 监督有毒废弃物的计划，保证遵循政府的要求使用和处理化学品
? 根据法律和公司政策的要求，准备并存档所有政府部门环保的许可证
? 对工作区的安全负全部责任
? 管理安全设备的计划
? 完成质量部门的其它KPI 指标


2． 要求
? 具有工程学位，最好在工业卫生、安全或环保方面有一定工作经验
? 五年以上的相关工作经验，熟悉工业安全/卫生和环境管理技巧
? 具有精益生产的理论知识和实践经验
? 必须具备所有适当法律、法规和准则的全面的知识，及能够说明和运用同样的知识
? 必须能够激发雇员和监督达到安全目的
? 最重要的能力是激发那些具有不同的背景和兴趣的人们并与他们共同工作
? 对世界范围内所需压力容器规范完全熟悉，并有一定应用GB－150规范经验
? 有流利的英语说、写能力
