POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Associate (PA) will provide project coordination, material development and production, field support, external client interface, and administrative support to Consultants and Senior Consultants who deliver a wide range of DDI solutions to client, including: job analysis, selection, assessment, and learning systems.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / DECISION MAKING
Workshop support:
? Ensure workshop information communicated to CSG, consultants and participants at least 5 working days before workshop commence.
? Communicate any variances (schedule, venue or number of participants) to consultant within 5 working days.
? Send pre-work materials (DVDs, wall chart, training aids) to participants at least 1 week before workshop commencement and call to ensure participants received them.
? Ensure function rooms meet workshop expectations and materials are check for correction before sending out.
? Prepare Interview Guide, Competency List, Motivation Fit, FCW Contract Agreement
? Prepare Certificates
? Collect, summarize and send workshop evaluation to client, delivery consultant & AE.
? To do Consultant schedule for L&D.
? Arrange/Coordinate to collect training materials after workshop is finished (including unused materials).
? Send customize materials to vendor for printing.
Consultant Support:
? Compile and consolidate all training evaluations for L&D consultants within a week of workshop completion/receipt of hard copy, whichever is later.
? Keep respective consultants updated on any client inquiries, orders or action taken.
? E-filing (e.g. Proposal, Purchase and Service Agreement, Customize Participant Material).
? General administrative support (e.g., invoicing, file maintenance, etc).
? Make travel arrangement for consultants when there is overseas delivery.
Managing Consultant Productivity:
? Maximize consultant productivity to achieve at least 90% of every consultant’s delivery days target for L&D Consultants.
? Update (re-schedule) consultant schedule as and when required.
Assessment Centre (AC):
? Collate information from client representative(s).
? Support design and development of client specific assessment materials (include preparation of Interview Guide, and Behavior test).
? Ensure readiness of AC during assessment day.
? Administer AC
? Format report before sending to clients.
? Interview Candidates (optional)
? Assist in delivery (i.e. role play - Optional).
? Do evaluation, and Scoring (optional).
Capability Development:
? To handle Leadership Mirror projects and function as back up expert.
? Key contact for TSAccess Job Analysis segment.
Reporting:
? Raise (in the absence of Sales Associate) and forward COF to Finance/Accounts for billing.
? Submit to AA, a list of delivery made by Contractor of previous month.
? Provide Finance Manager with a list of projects delivered by Consultant every month.
