岗位职责：
1.与BRC协调提单录入，AMS舱单录入，确保工作质量和准确性；
2.南美和欧洲提单审核并签单，预报审核；部分抽查美国航线预报和提单；
3.与其他部门协调提单事宜；
4.指导日常邮件必要时给予协助；
5.索赔处理及后续跟进；协助下属处理日常紧急事务及投诉；月绩效评估审核或补充；
6.Phoenix 系统测试以及报告；
7.建立并更新SOP；组织团队建设和周会议／培训；
8.管理三个内陆代理的空白提单发放；
9.负责单证人员第一轮面试；
10.协助支持上级领导。
岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历，物流、货代相关专业优先
2.2年以上单证工作管理经验
3.英语四级以上
4.熟悉各港口的单证要求，英语说写流利
