Work Experience: over 5 years' work experience in HR payroll function, responsible for administering all aspects of payroll for a dynamic, high-growth global organization. The position requires a detail oriented, proactive, and team oriented individual
Job Description:
- Managing and provide payroll services with timely and accurately manner for 1000 employees
- Work closely with payroll service provider to ensure payroll calculation and expat staff's non-taxable benefit are conducted correctly
- Be able to make sure best use the current payroll system and constantly review the system utilization to make sure the payroll process efficiency
- Reconcile original payroll data input from different team
- Calculate and prepare payroll files that may feed into payroll system
- Prepare payroll posting entries for accounting team
- Reconcile salary, payroll tax, and benefits related accounts monthly
- Collaborate with Reward team on core cycle activities
- Manage individual income tax related matters including annual tax filing, tax-related inquires raised from employees and tax audit from tax authorities
- Other projects/activities are required
Qualifications:
- a Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience processing payroll with population no less than 2,000 at a MNC organizations
- prior experience working with ADP SAP platform is very much preferred
- strong data analysis skill
- strong knowledge of payroll principles and reporting concepts
- must maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information
- acute attention to accuracy and detail
- effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
- ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
- professional demeanor and an ability to work well in a team environment
- highly proficient in using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs
