职位描述：
-Supporting sales for new project quotation,which include production equipment investment and standard time calculation.
-支持新项目的前期ME报价，包括设备投资和标准工时。
-Responsible for product process design include Poka Yoke and testing flow.
-负责新产品的过程设计，防错及测试。
-Responsible for production continue improvement and truble shooting for daily production.
-负责现有项目的持续改善，配合解决现场生产制造相关问题。
-According Global equipment Standard prepare production equipment techinical protocal ,quotation and select siupplier together with purchasing.
-按照公司设备标准起草规划设备技术协议，询价并和采购部一起选择供应商。
-Follow up equipment building process and responsible for equipment acceptance ,and prepare document (Cmk, Gage R&R, checking sheet，etc.)
-跟踪产线设备制造过程，并根据公司设备标准主导设备验收，准备设备相关验收的认证资料（Cmk,Gage R&R,其他点检表）。
-Initial process parameter and verification.
-根据设备性能制定生产设备工艺参数。并验证可靠性。
-Prepare process document FEMA ,Flowchart,key characteristic,working instruction,and other PPAP document.
-编写生产工艺相关的所有文件，PFEMA,工艺流程图，工艺特性,作业指导书或其他PPAP要求文件。
-Creat and mainten Standard time in SAP.
-主导建立每一过程的标准时间并在SAP中维护。
-Supporting internal process audit.
-负责或支持新项目的内部过程审核。
-Training operator
-培训产线员工
-Other job from supervisor.
-完成主管安排的其他任务

能力要求(Qualifications & Requirements)：
-大专学历及以上，机械设计、机电一体化或工业自动化相关专业背景;
-3年以上汽车行业制造工程经验，有设备设计经验的优先;
-理解各种防错传感器应用，了解电气设备控制原理和逻辑;
-根据TS 要求验收验证设备；
-装配工装的设计经验；
-独立计划工作能力；
-多任务导向，维护保密信息；
-具有ISO14001相关的专业知识；
-熟悉与汽车领域相关的标准、质量工具，例如TS16949, APQP, SPC, MSA，PPAP, FMEA, 8D；
-熟练使用MS Office软件(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)和AUOTCAD.
-具有基本的英语交流能力；
