工作职责及内容 Responsibilities

1, 转接电话，制作电子欢迎牌，接待来访客人.

Switchboard operation, make electronic welcome board and guest reception.

2, 为公司员工或客户预订机票、酒店，负责订餐等

Be responsible for airline ticket, hotel and meal order

3, 公司食堂的日常管理，包括餐券分发，餐费的统计等

Routine Management for company canteen, including meal ticket issue and meal expense statistic.

4, 行政各费用的请款及分摊

Admin expense payment application and allocation

5, 负责员工宿舍的安排与调度

Be responsible for the employee dormitory arrangement and coordination

6, 办公用品、劳保用品的请购、管理与分发

Application, management and distribution for office stationery and labor protection supplies.

7, 为公司外籍员工发放邀请函，办理住宿登记，办理工作证及居留证件

Help to issue invitation letter, arrange temporary residence register, work permit and residence permit for foreigners.

8, 新员工入职手续办理，包括收集审核新员工资料、办理工卡、发放办公及劳保用品，新员工个人信息输入等；

Procedures for new hires, including collect and audit new staff’s documents, arrange employee card, issue stationery and labor protection supplies, input employee information into company system.

9，离职员工手续办理，包括离职物品签收, 工卡注销，离职员工信息更新等。

Procedures for leaving employees, including goods receipt, employee card log out and employee information system update for leaving information.

10, 考勤统计与核对以保证考勤系统资料与员工实际出勤状况相符，协调维护考勤系统，员工请假管理。

Employee attendance statistic and check for the alignment with employee actual attendance status. Coordinate for attendance system maintenance and manage leave application for all employees.

11，会议室通讯信息、座位铭牌及座位图的定期更新

Regularly update the contact information in meeting room, nameplate and seat chart.

12，主管人员安排的其他工作

Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
