职位描述：
Job responsibilities: 　
> Facilitate Lean Enterprise Improvement events - Primarily in workshop areas, operations, procurement, and office
Mentor&Coach Lean manager in plant;
> Deliver Top Line improvements and/or Bottom Line Improvements (Cost Reductions) through Transactional process improvement activities;
> Develop production system by lean concept and plan transformation for efficiency improvement;
> Actively participate in activities that will ensure Sustainment of Improvement Initiatives;
> Work with senior management to plan and execute kaizen workshops including training and application of specific lean tools;
> Coach process design approach, problem solving techniques, and work to share improvements horizontally across the process;
> Coordinate lean efforts across management through regular interaction with other function managers, and the sharing of method and ideas.


Qualifications:
> BS industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Technical Degree with appropriate manufacturing /industrial;
> Bachelor degree or abover;
> Minimum 10 years’ experience in Lean; Thorough knowledge of Lean concepts and experience with Lean implementation;
> Must be able to describe how they have "Transformed" a Manufacturing Facility or Function to a Lean One;
> Ability to Influence all Levels of an Organization. Influence without positional authority;
> Measurable Results delivered in Improving Key Performance Indicators for multiple sites;
> Value Stream Mapping & Process Mapping proficiency;
> Leading change through Kaizen Events (Areas that are also desired are in the area of Lean Materials, Lean daily management, Strategy Deployment, Transactional Process Improvements). 举报 分享
