Your role:

euroscript China is looking for an ICT support expert to support the production team in our Suzhou / CHINA office. You support the local hard/software environment and its connectivity to the luxembourg headquarter.

Your responsibilities:

§ 1^st line Help desk support;

§ Call handling, tracking, dispatching and escalation of incident requests;

§ Understanding and resolution of incidents;

§ Hard-/ Software deployment;

§ AD User Account management;

§ Support Helpdesk Support Team “follow the sun” attendance.

§ Be the local IT responsibility to support the headquarters expert team.

Your profile:

§ Sound knowledge and experience with IT systems;

§ Experience in a helpdesk / support environment;

§ Knowledge of MS products like XP/Win7/Office 2010;

§ Basic skills on network technologies, components and protocols;

§ Basic skills on MS Active Directory administration and operation;

§ Basic skills on Unix/Linux environments;

§ Good team and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently;

§ Fluency in English; German and/or French is an asset.

岗位职责

1、负责内部局域网络维护；进行小型机、服务器、路由器、交换机等设备管理及日常维护；

2、Windows和Linux网络平台的运行监控和维护；

3、进行办公设备(打印机,电话，传真交换机)的日常维护及管理、技术档案维护；

4、负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全， 处理网络及计算机故障；

任职资格

1、计算机或IT相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、一年的网络管理、服务器网管，权限设置等工作经验；

3、熟悉路由器，交换机、防火墙的网络设备的日常维护配置及管理；

4、学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力，具备良好的服务意识。

5、良好英语口语和书面沟通能力。
