ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Main existing and acquire new profitable business from customers
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Technical education with commercial experience.
2. 3~5 years’ experience in automotive industry, experience of working with global and local OEMs.
3. At least bachelor education, preferred in Mechanical, Automotive or Vehicle Engineering related discipline
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is a plus.
5. Good coordinate and communication skills.
6. Good PC and presentation skills.
7. Able to travel domestic and overseas frequently.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business from customers.
2. Support KAM to Manage the RFQs and lead the quote activities.
3. Price and contracts management within Hilite.
4. Update the sales forecast regularly.
5. Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information.
6. Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitive products in the market place.
7. Track and trace prices of serial parts, spare parts and the change costs to customers and communicate relevant information to assembly plants and relevant departments,
8. Participation of Company marketing activities
9. Follow up customer payments and control the total value of overdue payments under agreed limit (in percentage)
10. Support clarification of customers' specifications and requirements
11. Internal departments support, engineering, purchasing, project management, quality, logistics, finance etc.
12. Perform other duties as assigned from Sales Director BU Engine.
