Billing/Good Receiving/Payments 结算/收货/付款
?遵循现有的政策,规章和制度
Following processes and policies
?负责和供应商的费用结算
Billing reconciliations with vendors
?处理供应商提供的发票
Handle vendors invoice
?在相关操作系统内申请付款
Do payment application in the related system
?打印已被批准的付款申请,粘贴发票交给财务
Print the approved payment application from system, and stick invoice to accountant
?其他客户客户指定的相关事宜
Others assigned by clients
?及时向上级反映客户、顾客的需求,与其他团队分享相关信息
Reports to his/her superior about the customers’ and client’s needs in time, and shares valuable information with other team members
?了解其它服务项目及内容
Understands the other service items
?积极地向顾客推荐其它服务项目
Finds opportunities to promote other services actively
?发现客户潜在需求,拓展服务范围
Discover the potential demands of customers to expand service scope
?支持上级经理完成财务及客户月度报告
Support the BSS manager to accomplish the financial and client monthly report
?根据营运需要,完成上级安排的工作
Accomplishes other tasks according to operational needs

工作经验:1年以上的相关岗位工作经验
