职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 全面负责Deepub营运连锁门店的管理运作相关工作，负责制定连锁店面经营管理制度、流程，根据实际实施情况进行优化修订，并对其实施情况给予监督指导；
2、 指导督促营运系统，落实完成公司既定的方针政策、销售任务及各项管理指标；
3、 制定营运部门的晋升考核制度，通过管理能力培训、营业绩效考核、管理知识与实践考核为公司培养储备营运部门管理岗位人才；
4、 负责区域营门店的经营管理， 根据SMART原则制定年度、季度、月度 预算指标、并围绕营业额预算及可控利润预算全面部署行动计划；
5、 负责优化运营门店的各岗位操作流程，设计、梳理SOP（标准操作流程）,提高全员生产力；
6、 负责公司CRM系统的建立、会员营销方案的制定、监督门店的推广与执行、分析数据及时调整、优化，以达到预期营销效果；
7、 根据公司战略思想，制定综合门店业务线中、长期战略发展规划和年度计划并组织实施

岗位要求
1、 30—40岁，男女不限；
2、 在泛娱乐行业有3年以上区域经理、运营总监等工作经验；
3、 熟悉泛娱乐线下门店及新媒体的整合传播与推广运作
4、 具有全国门店（设备）、商品运营管理能力；
5、 具有优秀的流程梳理、规范、管控的独立作业能力；
6、 具有高度的责任心和创新精神；诚信、严谨、坚持原则。
7、 熟练使用Excel、Powerpoint；出色的文字能力，口头表达流畅，擅长于人际沟通
8、优先考虑大型连锁餐饮、KTV、影院；新兴行业：大型书吧、气味图书馆、独角兽实体创业团队相关人选。 举报 分享
