Role Summary/Purpose

This service operational finance role is an exceptional opportunity to own and drive direct/indirect cost productivity across China Healthcare Service which generates $200M+ revenue and $100M+ operating margin annually. This role manages team and works with China Healthcare Service various operating and commercial leaders to deliver operating margin and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Service direct/indirect cost reporting and analysts to support SII, OP, quarterly forecast, monthly CEO Ops review Working with cross functions including GPRS/CRC, FE operation, Modality support, delivery and logistic, FP&A and Controllership to drive smooth costing operation and accounting process for ledger base Market Maker costing measurement Multi-dimension direct/indirect cost reporting & analytics across all products, functions, regions and zones to improve measurement visibility Supporting Service GM and various function leaders to analyze and drive material and variable cost productivity across all service offerings, installation and warranty, base cost productivity across all China service functions Monthly and quarterly closing and controllership processes Ad hoc projects, i.e. HQ bullet train, global productivity initiatives and business initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of financial work experience with detailed understanding of financial statements and accounting regulations Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros) Qualifications/Requirements: Experience working at GE Healthcare, preferably in a Sales or Service organization Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma Previous GE experience preferred
