4.熟练掌握办公软件的操作

-Bachelor degree in trade business or English major.
-It’s better have 1 year experience in exporting industry.
-Good self- adjustment ability
-Excellent communication developed through customer contact work as a team player.
-Excellent English skill in communicating and writing.
-Good PC skill
-Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Team-working spirit and hard working

Job Description:
To prepare paper work
-daily contact with purchase person to arrange the shipments; make purchase contract;
-daily contact with sales person to do the sales contact;
-daily contact with the forwarder to book shipping, make inquiry for transportation cost & sea freight;
-Follow up shipment documents;
