o收发来往邮件及快递
o整理前台，使前台保持干净整洁
?行政工作
o调度公司车辆，更新公司用车月报告
o预订工作餐及月结工作
o公司文具等物品管理
o预订酒店及机票
o协助公司安全管理工作
o协助家务管理
?服务
o确保服务质量
o协助其他人事行政工作
?Reception
 oAnswer inquiry over phone calls
 oReceive guests, customers
 oKeep telephone directory list up to date
 oArrange incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
 oMake sure clean and tidy of reception
?General Administration
 oSchedule/dispatch company car and monthly reporting of company car usage
 oWorking meal booking and monthly bill settlement
 oOffice sundries and stationary management
 oHotel and ticket booking for employees and visitors
 oAssist with security management
 oAssist with housekeeping and pest control
