负责门铰链组产品的设计、技术更改。
Responsible for design and technical changes in the Door hinge product team.
 
负责产品的3D数模制作、公差尺寸分析、总成图、零件图、外购件图、材料图纸的编制。
Responsible for 3D module, tolerance analysis, assembly drawings, part drawings, outsourced part drawings and material drawings of products.
 
负责编制产品责任书，产品技术清单及FMEA等技术文件
Responsible for providing product requirement specifications, drawing list of products and FMEA etc.
 
负责相关产品项目文件夹的整理、汇编，并将设计、过程经验形成文件，收集汇编专有技术并存档至Know-How文件夹。
Responsible for coordinating and collection of project folders, and make the design and process experience into documentation, collect and store special technical Know-How.
 
负责与供应商或客户技术会谈，并事前做好必要的准备及会后做好报告。
Responsible for technical discussions with suppliers and customers include previous preparations and documentation after discussion.

负责根据外部和内部的更改要求更新产品设计及产品图纸。
Responsible for updating of product design and drawings according to external and internal changes.
 
负责完成相关新项目及技术更改报价的技术准备工作，包括：分析SOR及准备报价零件图。
Responsible for technical preparation for the quotation of new projects and product changes, include analysis of SOR and preparation of part drawings for quotation.
 
在项目管理工作中，确保根据项目进度计划按时完成工作。
Assure to complete his/her task on time according the agreed project time schedule.
 
对涉及产品设计、过程开发技术保密。
Keep the technology secret, which refers to product design and process development.
 
T-RD 交给的其它任务
Fulfil other tasks defined by T-RD.

Required qualification /所需技能:

Engineering, technical college graduate (Bachelor or Master).
 工程、技术大学学历（工学学士或硕士）

 Familiar with non-cutting and metal cutting techniques
 熟悉金属切削和无切削加工

Experience of several years in product or process design.
在产品设计或工艺方面有多年经验

Familiar with common manufacturing techniques, rules of technical drawing and standardization
熟悉常用的制造技术、技术绘图的规则、标准化

Familiar with Chinese standards and regulations regarding to the products
熟悉与相关产品组有关的中国技术标准和规定

Familiar with CAD (CATIA V4 or V5)
熟悉 CAD （CATIA V4或V5）

Teamwork spirit
 具有团队合作精神

Native language is Chinese, good English knowledge (talking and writing)
母语是汉语，良好的英语能力（口语及书面）。
