职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and follow IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, accuracy and compliance with corporate standards and local law.
2. Run the overall operations management of Information Technology equipment, ensuring the operation of application servers and other servers needed for data processing and providing information to all relevant user and business unit at any time and reasonable costs.
3. Ensure all data communication within the DDWX, and the communications between the manufacturing facility and wide-area network of DD is always operational.
4. Updates/upgrades software and hardware based upon direction from management or, with business unit approval, based upon requirements identified at the DDWX.
5. Give first level support to any user of IT equipment in DDWX. Act as contact for any desktop computing failures and problems, either personal computer, printers or phone.
6. Communicate effectively to the management and HQ IT department. This should include risks management with awareness and identification of risks.
7. Provide user training on IT equipment application.
8. Tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:
1. Hardware operating and installation.
2. ERP systems managing and AIX/Linux/Windows operation system operating experience.
3. Management control of IT-processes.
4. Data collection, analysis, processing ability.
5. Teamwork with functional departments.
6. Negotiation, communication and coordination ability.
