岗位职责：
Position: Development Engineer Mechatronics
Product division: Power lift gates and trunk lids+doors
任职资质：
1. Master Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics (University of Applied Sciences)
2. Professional experience of more than 3 years required in the car industry. Including the daily use of Catia V5(design).
3. Outstanding English knowledge.
4. Willing to travel.
Work tasks:
1. Advanced development:
2. Feasibility studies for mechatronic components and systems
3. Development of new concepts for power systems in due consideration of serial production (cost, material availability)
4. Development of electronic circuits and devices for test-related measurements
5. Preparation of engineering specifications for mechatronic components (purchased parts)
6. Support (technical) to purchasing in the evaluation and selection of component suppliers
Development:
1. Development and conception of performance and system-engineering specifications as well as of test plans for mechatronic components, also in collaboration with customers and suppliers
2. Project implementation and support in external test laboratories (e.g. EMC)
3. Supporting component suppliers in the field of software and hardware development
4. Realization of feasibility studies as well as assessment of engineering specifications
5. Preparation of performance specifications
6. Planning and implementation of development-related tests for guaranteeing the hardware and software that must be developed for power systems
7. Integration of power systems into the vehicle (connection to the entire vehicle electronics with actuating elements/sensor technology)
8. Participation in the preparation of FMEAs
9. Preparation of follow-up charts in accordance with customers and suppliers
Support:
1. Defect analysis in case of problems in mechatronic systems
2. Implementing mechatronic systems at the customer‘s
3. Supervision of starts of production at the customer’s as well as Edscha SOPs in matters of mechatronics questions
4. Supporting the production in the product-line development
5. Supporting the production in the initial sampling of control devices and subsystems of power systems (e.g. electric motors, door-closing assistances)
6. Support and advisory service to the test department in matters of mechatronic systems (control units, electric subsystems)
7. Preparation of test facilities, test rigs and simulations
8. Development of test methods for measuring test-related parameters (electronics/software development)
9. Test procedures for the validation of power systems
Testing:
1. Support and advisory service to the test department in matters of mechatronic systems (control units, electric subsystems)
2. Preparation of test facilities, test rigs and simulations
3. Development of test methods for measuring test-related parameters (electronics/software development)
4. Test procedures for the validation of power systems
Hardware/Software:
1. Development of electronic circuits and control units
2. Supporting suppliers in the development of control units
3. Fabrication of basic control units including programming using LabView, Diadem or SPS Siemens Logo
4. Selection of appropriate measuring equipment (sensors)
5. Selection of appropriate measuring methods (electronic circuits)
6. Preparation of the measurement/test setup (mechanical and electronic)
7. Development of the measuring/testing software
8. Equipment of simulation setups with wiring and control unit
9. Preparation, execution and supervision of tests in the test department
10. Preparation of product-inspection plans with suppliers for the series production of control units
11. Selection of appropriate tooling for software and hardware development
Other:
1. Selection of appropriate measuring devices/sensors and of laboratory expendables in due consideration of the application areas as well as the guidelines that must be observed
2. Support and advisory service to the prototype shop in matters of mechatronic systems
