Implementation and maintenance of MES in Edscha Asia
在爱德夏亚洲区负责所有MES执行与维护;
Support to build up MES strategy based on EDSCHA Global strategy
基于爱德夏全球战略规划支持建立MES战略；
Support to build up long-term MES planning after feasibility research
基于可行性研究报告支持建立长期MES规划；
Cooperate with plant team and 3rd party to implement MES in different plant
与工厂的团队以及第三方MES供应商一起实施工厂的MES项目；
Take the lead of new MES project in EDSCHA Asia, especially in EACK and AEA
负责爱德夏亚洲区新的MES项目，尤其关注EACK和AEA;
Build up plant implementation team as requirement of MES project
基于MES项目需求支持建立工厂的MES执行小组；
Identify differences between plant business flows and MES standard flows, molds, etc.
识别工厂现有业务流程与MES标准流程的差异;
Build up plant MES requirement specification
建立工厂的MES需求规范;
Support plant to choose MES supplier
支持工厂选择MES供应商；
Implement MES with MES supplier and plant implementation team, which include basic data preparation, process research, software planning, hardware planning, interfaces with current systems, regularly communication meeting, milestone reporting, documentation and standardization, etc.
与MES供应商以及工厂的MES执行小组一起实施MES项目，包括基础数据库的准备、工艺流程研究、软件规划、硬件规划、与现有系统的接口、项目例会、节点汇报、文件化和标准化等；
Adjustment and improvement of new MES after establishment
MES实施后的调试和改进；
Training and coaching of terminal-users
终端用户的培训；
Responsible for MES maintenance and improvement
负责MES的维护和改进;
Establish plant MES maintenance plan and keep flowing
建立工厂MES维护计划并持续跟踪；
Support plant team as required during operation
运行过程中的技术支持；
Regularly analysis and evaluate plant MES system
定期地MES系统分析和评估；
Collect feedback about MES from terminal-users like managers and engineers
从终端用户如经理或工程师处收集MES运行反馈；
Identify and implement continuously improvement based on analysis and feedback
基于以上分析和反馈识别并实施系统的持续改进；
Identify and extend MES additional function if needed
识别并扩展MES的新功能；
Report to Dept. manager and execute other works assigned by Dept. manager
向业务发展规划经理汇报工作并完成业务发展规划经理交代的其它工作。
Required qualification/所需技能:
Basic requirements/基本要求：
Graduated from university or above in major of information technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics or equivalent
大学本科及以上信息技术、工业工程、机电一体化或类似专业学历；
Has working experience in MES project management or development or respective area
有MES项目管理或相关工作经验；
Has working experience in MES maintenance
有MES系统维护工作经验；
Having software development experience, such as C/C++, oracle data base, pascal, etc.
有软件开发经验，例如C/C++, oracle数据库, pascal语言等；
Familiar with software and hardware
熟悉计算机软件、硬件知识；
Familiar with auto components business process, such as quality control, ANDON, machine management, production planning, capacity calculation, warehouse management, etc.
熟悉汽车零部件行业业务流程，例如质量控制、安灯、设备管理、生产计划、产能测算、仓库管理等；
Proven experience of leading a small team efficiently
有小团队管理经验；
Strong communication skill and team spirit
很强的沟通能力和团队精神；
Could communicate in English smoothly, and could read English technical documents
可以使用英语进行交流，能阅读英语技术文件；
Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
熟悉ISO/TS 16949；
Familiar with using Microsoft office software
熟悉微软办公软件；
Basic SAP knowledge
了解基本的SAP知识；
Good English verbal and writing skills
