Requirements:
--College degree or above major in Finance or Accounting
--Professional certification
--More than 2 years’ experience on AP function
--Knowledge of ERP system especially SAP related process is preferred
--experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred
--Oral and written English
--Team Spirits and Problem Solving Skills
--Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
--Safety and Compliance
-Participate in office 5-S in keeping a clean and safe work area
-Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to solve the finance issues timely.
-Keep the invoice safety and documented once finish 3-way match.
-Review and monitor requests for payment from vendors, employee claims and intercompany transactions;
-Reconcile the statement with supplier, especially key vendor monthly in order to eliminate the variance before booking.
-Timely and thorough follow up on all invoice discrepancies, and differences between invoiced and received transactions (GRIR);
-Insure that all internal controls are kept current and followed in every case
--Quality of Service and Delivery
-Process invoices and book AP in an accurate and timely manner.
-Clear AP before passing the requests for payment processing.
-Prepare AP aging analysis and other statistic reports within the required schedule to support decision-making.
-Working closing with business partner , solve the long aging AP , GRIR and prepayment timely
-Actively participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with the corporate and statutory requirements
-Provide support in external and internal audits with accurate transaction data.
--Cash/Cost
-Assist management to identify potential areas for improvement,
-Review the overdue payment with block or installment, arrange the release process to of those qualified payment in order to maintain the reputation of company.
--Talent
-Responsible for continue growth in lean knowledge, standard way of working and skill for self-improvement
-Better understanding the whole business process and prepare for further development.
