职位描述：
1.Review SOP and related regulations with SCM manager, reports template mapping out;
与部门经理定期回顾相关的规章制度，完成操作流程及报表
2.Staff on-job training to facilitate operation accuracy/efficiency/quality;Cross function knowledge/experience sharing;
对仓库管理员就工作的准确/效率/质量方面进行培训指导，与员工分享专业知识及经验
3.Responsibilty for company's inventory, monitor in and out, carry stock taking, ensure inventory variance meet KPI target
对公司的账物负责，监控收发环节，实施周期盘点和参与定期盘点，确保库存无差异
4.Work close with system operator as ensure the ERP system transaction for inbound, outbound, transportation tracing tasks. Handling the related data analysis and documents filling.
管理确认仓库系统操作员的记录，收货、发货、运输跟踪以及相关数据的汇总. 相关文件保管
5.Daily operation communication with customers and suppliers.
负责与客户和承运商日常运作的沟通
6.Full compliant with sop，5s, safety rule and regulation，Ensure warehouse security and safety;
遵守操作流程，5s, 安全规则，确保仓库的安全
