职位描述：
§ Participate the value stream daily operation, collaborate with Operation and Quality as key contributor to support process but not limited as below: laser mark, assembly, packaging , labeling, cartooning;
§ Lead the Engineering Continuous Improvement Project (CIP), which aim to reduce the scrap rate, improve the process efficiency and quality;
§ Lead to introduce new machine including user requirements definition, capital application, validation, etc.
§ Expertize to provide professional technical guidance and solution to operation team for any process issue shoot down
§ Engage into the virtual team and participate/lead the projects to bring saving to Suzhou manufacturing.
§ Understand well for the medical device packaging requirements and lead for validation activities.
§ to define/develop the packaging and labeling process;
§ Maintain and update SAP Master data/BOM/Routing
§ Support/handle NC/CAPA investigation or further activities
§ Collaboration well with Production, Quality, R&D, Sourcing, etc.
§ Understand the sterilized and non-sterilized packaging process and maintain labeling system
§ Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO9000 and SFDA requirements.
§ Work as technical support for audits (internal, Corporate, External, for Quality, H&S, Environment, etc.)

任职要求：
§ Strong technical skill;
§ Good/effective communication with cross function
§ English read and write with at least CET 4 level;
§ Problem solving skill
§ New graduate is preferred;
§ Major of Packaging Engineering, bachelor of Engineering is preferred; 举报 分享
