职位描述：
？ Ensure facility equipments in good status including electric power system / vacuum system / DI water system/HVAC /CDA system/exhaust system. Take regular preventive maintenance and emergency repair work when needed.
？ Monitor power consumption, propose and improve efficiency & function & work mode of facility equipment like CDA system / Nitrogen system to minimize the energy consumption. Study method for energy saving and achieve target.
？ Regularly take inspection to all utilities of responsible area, organize long-term contractor to maintain and keep all these utilities in good status, like end user point of CDA / ceiling tile /lighting / switch / floor carpet / doors / window / office furniture / sewer drainage and related auxiliary parts and tools.
？ Have trainings and obtain related permit and license of responsible area, to know how to keep personal off industrial risk, to ensure all work and long-term contractors within safety and correct principle.
？ Take role in renovation by requester, discuss and analyze the demand, plan /coach / guide long-term contractor to carry out one site works, test or evaluate result and buy off.
？ Process and retain related document and file, like invoice / contract / technical document / buy off letter / start up record / maintenance record.
？ Involve in team and organize activities and take proper response when needed.
？ Other task assigned by manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
        College degree or above, majored in mechanics /electric /automation
？ Above 5 years’ experience in facility equipment maintenance.
？ Team work spirit and sense of responsibility.
？ Proficient in English reading and writing. Ability to communicate in English is a plus. 举报 分享
