Key responsibilities
1.Demand and request process in BT ERP system
Steer local stakeholder demand and identify needs, bottlenecks and delivery
Align with country leads on commodity strategy
Ensure compliance to BT standard procurement processes (demand and request process)
2. Supplier relationship and performance management
Negotiate contracts with suppliers
Manage supplier relationship and develop supplier performance for local suppliers
3.Cost reductions / savings initiatives
Identify potential savings / cost reductions on site
Implement saving initiatives on site
4. Governance / Policy
Ensure NPR Directives, legal policy and governance requirements are followed on site
Ensure compliance in the eSourcing tools
5. Processes / Tools / Knowledge Management
Follow global NPR processes and advice on process optimization
Use best-in-class eProcurement tools
Provide information for commodity and site, validate spend
Monitor supplier KPI’s and functional KPI’s
Share best practices with peers and country leads

Job request:
Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
Education
Engineering Degree or Business Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record
Relevant experience required (i.e. directly linked to the requirements of the position/role)
4+ years of work experience, technical and operational expertise, handling of purchase requests
Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role
