职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Communicate with clients to fully understand their requirements;
2. Analyze BRD, think up solutions and product designs, create technical documents, including specifications, FRD and user guide;
3. Support development team, follow development progress, assess and test new or enhanced functionalities;
4. Maintain all documents, update FRDs to help enhance system functionalities and designs in later versions;

Requirement:
1. Candidates with at least 1-year first-hand business experience in securities industry and banking are preferred;
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
3. Basic IT knowledge;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal ability, communication skills, team spirit, ability to work hard under pressure;
5. Business trips may be needed;
