Job Describe
WISE Implement
1. Understand firms' working procedures draw the procedures into a flow chart
2. Participate in WISE feasibility analysis activities and provide conclusion to management team
3. Prepare the budget for WISE implementation.
4. Working together with HQ experts and IT to setup the WISE in China/APAC sites.
5. Leading the project team to finish the project on time.
6. Coordinate the global and domestic resources and make sure the cost is under budget
Training
1. Offer orientation trainings to new staffs with regarding to wise activities.
2. Responsible for the training to key users in different departments and other JV sites
3. Draft training plan and training budget, Implement the training plan according the training schedule
4. Coordinate global and domestic resources to perform training to all PKC firms in APAC
5. Qualify the Key users still and yearly review the skill
Helpdesk
1. Solve user's WISE problems in time and record the problems in system
2. Daily update the WISE issue status to EU Helpdesk
3. Solve critical questions under the help of EU helpdesk
4. Update the training materials based on problems feedback from users.
5. Feedback users' expectation to EU helpdesk or Wise time, request them to develop new functions in system
1. Responsible for the maintenance of WISE Chinese interface and translate the vocabulary into Chinese
2. Responsible for translation and updating all the WI and procedures into Chinese
3. Participate in global IT team and Steering Group meeting
4. Other task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Business or technical education (college) or comparable knowledge.
2. More than 5 years experience in relative jobs(ERP, Training, etc). Wiring harness industry experience is preferred.
3. More than 2 years ERP system training experience will be a advantage
4. Familiarity ERP or SAP system.
5.Familiarity Office software special excel and access software.
6.Good negotiation and communication skill.
7.Good decision-making and organisation skills.
8. Good English skill both oral, read and write.
9.Must be interested about prod. processes etc in shopfloor and willing to spend time there
10.high motivation and “self driving "and fast to learn new things
