职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:

1. To produce Bills of Materials (BOM’s) for products that can be used at the quotation and production stages.
2. To take the leader ship of new part qualification.
3. To transfer and Maintain engineering data in system, ECN controlling and verification
4. To review technical specification with internal team and supplier.
5. Take technical leader ship to investigate and fix technical issues occur during prototyping and pilot run stage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. To produce preliminary Bills of Materials (BOM’s) for products that can be used at the quotation and purchasing stages.
2. To transfer engineering data between TT and customers, maintain the engineering data in TT system properly.
3. To review the data pack from customer and list all the issues identified for team to communicate with customer
4. To work with Process engineers to build prototypes and collect all findings in prototyping and update engineering data accordingly after confirmed.
5. To review components specification and work with the team for components qualification.
6. To be in charge of issuing and controlling engineering changes (ECN) within the organization and working with team to implement.
7. To create Part numbers and issue them in the company ERP system.
8. To review customer drawings and general specification with team to clarify all customer requirement in process before mass production.

Qualifications:

1. Education/Experience/Credentials
Becheler Degree, Major in Electronics, mechanical or relevant.
At least 5 years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Good communication skills with Proactive attitude
Good teamwork.

2. Language Ability
Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
Familiar with related technical vocabulary. 举报 分享
