GM Asia Assistant job description

- Assist the GM in administrative tasks as reports, email, translation, organize meetings and assist the GM with clients, government or suppliers meetings

- responsible for the office daily administration work, including customers’ and staffs reception, office supplies ordering and management, to ensure the company's office operations, etc.;

- responsible for the supervision and management of the customers’ orders, requests or claims,

- Manage the phone calls to the company by redirecting client’ call to adequate staff members

- Other assistant work

Candidate description

College degree or above in administrative field, language or any field related to job description

- Chinese: Native

- English: Fluent

- French: Fluent

Personal qualities:

- Good self-learning ability

- Good communications skills

- Relationship abilities
