Skill:
? Bachelor’s degree majored in Human Recourses Management or relevant subject area
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
? Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office
? Good verbal and written skills in the English language
? Strong sense of confidentiality

Responsibility:
? Support overseas employees related affairs: Welcome/Orientation, accommodation, Tax receipt application, daily inquiry etc
? Assistant for overseas employees work permits, working visas, residence permits etc.
? Assistant for staff housing maintenance and staff communication with housing Agency when necessary.
? Assistant for leave and OT record tracking etc.
? Assistant for both expat staff and local staff’s supplementary medical insurance.
? Well organize HR filing system, update and maintain employees’ information in HR system timely and correctly.
? Assistant for verbal and written translation tasks.
? Assistant for daily HR support.
? Support school events.
? Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 举报 分享

Overseas Chinese Academy Suzhou (OCAS) is co-founded by Chiway Education Group and China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co. Ltd. (CSSD) to meet the international education needs of the children of overseas returnees, with the substantial support of the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee. OCAS is the first international school catering for the children of overseas Chinese who return to China as well as Chinese students who are seeking international education.
OCAS provides 15 years of continuous K-12 dual-language education, emphasizing the development of both Chinese and English as students'mother tongues.
