职位描述：
Principle Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for All accounting and finance aspects, budgeting, reporting, credit control, cost control, finance analysis, taxation etc.
负责公司财务、会计、预算、财报、信贷、缴税、成本控制、财务分析等
2) Optimize and control the cash flow and currency management of the business across all the entities.
优化及管控现金流，管理各分公司部门资金
3) Financial analysis monthly/quarterly/annually and daily cash flow control, and make in-time suggestions and comments to the management, in order to take prompt measures for daily business operation.
进行月度/季度/年度财务分析，日常现金流的管控。及时向管理层提供财务方向建议，保证日常业务运营策略的快速制定。
4) Develop, evaluate annual/quarterly/monthly budgets in line with the strategic business objectives, track and steer the results/status along with the business operations.
发展评估年度/季度/月度预算以符合公司战略目标，跟踪引导业务运营情况
5) Lead efforts to make monthly business/executive report for submission to the headquarters, and full set of finance reports for the company management.
主导月度业务/执行报告并提交总部，向公司管理层提供完整的财务报告
6) Lead efforts to develop and continuously improve right accounting and financial system to support the company business strategy in terms of all aspects.
持续发展与改进财务系统，全面支持公司的业务战略
7) Establish and maintain an internal control system such like SOPPs and procedures for the company activities and operation safety in AAF China.
建立维护内控系统，如SOPP及其他措施，保证AAF中国业务运营的安全性
8) Lead efforts to establish / develop, improve and maintain an ERP system align with the AAF Intl Group.
与AAF国际合作，参与建立完善及维护公司ERP系统
9) Play a major role in assessing and setting up any new entities and any other investments in AAF China.
在评定和设立AAF中国新分支机构或其他投资中担任重要角色
10) Handle all company legal issues, law works and insurances relating to the assets, debts, customers and so on.
处理公司关于资产、债务、客户等法律、法务及保险事宜

Minimum 5 years of the senior financial management position in the multi-national companies with full operations in all aspects (sales, manufacturing, local and international trading, logistics etc..), and MUST have experience in managing finance & accounting across multiple entities in China.
至少5年综合性跨国外资企业高级财务管理岗位工作经验（公司涵盖销售、生产、国内外贸易及物流等部门）
