职位描述：
工作职责：
？Production scheme for daily operation and maintenance overhaul, Supervise production team to work in accordance with HSE requirements; Follow waste reception and storage, and arrange the waste incineration properly.
负责日常运营及大修时的生产计划，管理生产团队按HSE的要求工作；遵循废料接收和存储流程，正确地安排废料焚烧。
？Follow up the key MR progress concerning the production.
跟进生产的关键MR进程。
？Follow up the daily consumption, storage and production; to be sure the production can be kept in the good balance situation.
跟踪废料的日常消耗，储存和生产，确保生产维持在一个良好的平衡状态。
？Follow up the waste exhaust quality and plant cleaning.
跟进废气排放质量和工厂清洁。
？Supervise production team to operate according to production SOP;SOPs review, and revise with process.
管理生产团队根据生产SOP进行操作,审查SOP并修改工艺。
？Responsible for the production safety and hygiene, to follow up the shift operations base on SOPs.
负责生产安全及卫生，依据SOP跟进现场操作。
？Responsible for shift team organization to be sure it is in a good balance.
负责管理倒班团队组织结构，确保团队平衡性。
？Responsible for organization of the trainings.
负责组织培训。
？Responsible for production CAR following.
负责跟踪生产的CAR。
？Responsible for production optimization, Focus on the production quality and try to make the emission and discharging without off-spec.
负责优化生产，注重产品质量，并确保排放没有偏离规范。
？To be consultant for process modification.
为工艺修改提供指导。
？Work with QHSE, process, maintenance and plant manager to prepare the things before the special job with highly potential risk.
协同QHSE，工艺，维修及厂长为高风险的特殊工作做准备。

任职资格：
？Bachelor science or above: major in Chemical engineering.
本科及以上学历：化工或相关专业。
？6years working experience in chemical or petrochemical industry or Incineration Company as chemical engineering.
6年以上化工或石化行业或焚烧厂化工工作经验。
？Fluent in English communication.
流利的英语沟通能力。
？Team-building skills.
团队建设能力。
？Microsoft office.
熟练运用办公软件。
？Open mind, can-do attitude.
思维开阔，工作态度积极。
