Keep business sustainable growth with acceptable margin by stabilizing current business, developing new accounts, penetrating new market/application fields and putting new technology/products into practical use.
工作职责(按重要性顺序列出):
1. Fulfil sales budget;
2. Identify and develop new customers and projects;
3. Build up diamond relations with customers, advocate company and product image;
4. Ensure highest level of customer service with CS and technician together;
5. Create and good use of related documents and marketing tools;
6. Report new projects, market trend, competition, customer complaints etc. timely;
7. Input visit report to CRM timely;
8. Cross support with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, technical department etc.
9. Other job assigned by sales manager.
任职资格/条件(学历、工作经验、专业知识&技能等)
1. Bachelor degree in marketing or pharmaceutical/chemical engineering;
2. At least 3 years sales/marketing experience in Pharma industry with a proven record, primary packaging and excipients field preferred;
3. Fluent Chinese & English in both oral and written;
4. Strong business presentation skills;
5. Good learning agility and business acumen, proactive and creative thinking;
6. Initiative and teamwork spirit;
7. Result oriented and willing to work under pressure;
8. Ready to take frequent travels in the designated territory;
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skill both internally and externally;
10. Identify and comply with company vision and core values, high integrity.
