职位描述：
Job content:
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. Process and analyze financial input, leading to conclusions and recommendations;
- Drive forecast, AOP and strategy Review process;
- Play the role as the assistant controller for operation, enabling functions & R&D;
- Lead F&A continuous improvement initiatives;
- Migrate the local process towards the Philips standard wow;
- Support the controller for any adhoc issues;

Job Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance;
- Experience: Min 8 years in finance and accounting profession;
- Competency: team spirit, strong ownership & accountability; drive for result;
- Skills: proficient in oral and written English; strong analytical and communication skill; Flexibility and strong problem solving skills, lean mindset and trained will be preferred. 举报 分享
