职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

- Payable posting and payment preparation

• - Inter-company charge process

• - Account elements checking and releasing in SAP before PR to PO

• - BAD payment handling

• - Project posting and allocation for intercompany

• - Service cost allocation for intercompany

• - Prepare for local tax declaration

• - Data preparation for export VAT refund

• - Data preparation for relevant VAT declaration and filing

• - Keep good communication with tax bureau to comply with tax compliance

• - Tax forecast to tax bureau

• - Work with Germany Controlling for project settlement

• - BER report

• - Foreign currency revaluation and report

• - Financial subsidies refund process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

• - University degree or above, accounting or finance

• - More than 3 years working experience

• - Good communication ability, good working attitude

• - Good English communication ability, both in oral and writing

• - Willing to take challenge and new tasks

• - Experienced in SAP system is preferred
