工作职责:
负责工厂所有的厂务电力设施,包括一些气体的供应系统(氢、氧、液态氮、氩气等),冷却水系统、冷却水供应系统,压缩空气系统、暖通、废水处理系统、工艺设备等
提供技术支持,保证厂内的公用设施运行,包括故障排除和程序操作,以便提高生产的正常运行时间。

负责合规与特种设备(压力容器、炉、安全阀门,等等)的检验部门联系。
编校和归档技术文档
与公司内部相关人员有效沟通及合作。

教育和资格:
机电一体化，或相关电气自动化专业毕业。
至少3年以上工作经验。

基本的英语沟通能力,包括口语和英语阅读和写作能力。


Duties and Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the mechanical maintenance work of all utility facility in the plant, include gas supply system (Hydrogen, Oxygen, Liquid nitrogen, Argon etc), cooling water system, chilled water supply system, compress; ed air system, HVAC, waste water treatment system, process equipment etc

Provide technical support to the site facility operation, including troubleshooting and training to operation team on utility operations, order to improve production uptime.

Seek support via seamless contacting with American engineers.

Optimize facility capacity, Energy utilization, Facility stability, Safety, Health & Environmental Aspects of the Process:


Be responsible for the compliance of with local legal requirements (GB codes, EHS regulations etc) for all special facilities (pressure vessels, furnace, safety valves, etc).

During construction, as the owner member, witness the installation of facilities, prepare the maintenance plan for the new plant;

Redaction & Archiving of Technical Documentation:

Prompt support to production.


Education and Qualifications:
BS in mechanical engineering, Chemical mechanics, or HVAC related.
On-hands experience to startup a new chemical related manufacturing plant.
At least 3 years working experience after graduation from university.
Basic English communication skills including spoken English and ability to read and write English.
