职位描述：
Constantly monitor, gather and analyze the market, the specific industry, the competitors, the customers, through the usage of the proper tools (including CRM), reporting to the Line Manager.
通过合理及有效的手段及工具，持续的对市场，行业及竞争对手进行监控，收集信息并分析。
Support the market segment sales/after sales growth.
协助完成所负责市场的销售及售后相关工作。
Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities including sales forecasts, status of sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
提供及时准确的销售相关报告，包括销售预测，销售情况分析及相关活动结果报告。

Achieve and exceed the annual sales budget.
年度销售指标的达成。
Keep and develop relationship with customers; support the Line Manager in identifying and exploiting opportunities, inside and outside the portfolio of customers/products.
开发并维护客户关系，协助上级主管发掘销售机会。
Support negotiation of terms of agreement, price, delivery date and payment conditions.
负责商务合同谈判，包括价格，交付期及付款方式等。
Control and manage the sales account receivable.
负责管控销售回款。
Participate to trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as required.
根据需要参加产品相关展会，交易会等活动。

Provide After Sales support service to the customers including the technical service based on the background of Electro-Chemistry.
为客户提供售后技术服务。
Interface with Production and Supply Chain colleagues for quantities of products on display and in stock in order to satisfy customer demand.
对接生产及供应链各部门，确认产品数量及库存情况以确保符合客户需求。
Execute all the applicable back office activities including: preparation of acknowledgement of order, customer invoices, insurance and shipment documents, delivery process, updating the customer on the order status.
负责所有售后相关工作，包括订单确认，客户开票，保险，运输文件签署，交付流程及客户订单状态更新等。
Transfer customer’s complaints to relevant department and coordinate and implement solutions, and monthly customer satisfaction reviews
