- Requirements
1. Strong oral and written communication skills with Fluency in English and Chinese.
2. University degree.
3. Basic knowledge of international trade.
4. 3+years working experience of processed food industry.
- Job description and duties:
1. Comply with corporate, department rules/policies.
2. Visit suppliers regularly to check order status, get the new information of suppliers, market, as well as new products.
3. Working on inquiries in time and try to achieve always the most competitive prices in the market, prepare requested samples in time.
4. Orders follow-up, including production status; label & tray confirmation; inspections and shipments.
5. Collect market information for each product and give regular report to Hamburg head office and department manager.
6. Help inspections with QC, knowing the quality system of each suppliers, and report to Hamburg headquarter.
7. Work closely and help building an efficient and friendly team environment with the colleagues.
