Position Summary:
Enhance the strength of product quality control;
Quickly response to customer;
Strengthen the management of quality technician and inspectors
Responsibilities:
1. Make sure to achieve annual quality goal of each product line(Customer events and customer return DPPM).
2. Make sure well process quality control and monitoring.
3. Identifying and monitoring the abnormal case,find t
4.Solve customer complaints and do Failure Analysis for the failure samples;
5. Identify and segregate the nonconforming products, follow-up nonconforming procedure;
6. MSA for every key process's gages;
7. Internal process audit for normal process, pushing production improvement.
8. Make sure good launch control for new product.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in electron&engineer or related major;
2. Above 3 years professional experience
3. Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949,6σ,good computer operation skill
4. Familiar with quality tools
5. Be good at electronic technology, strong communication and self-study ability
6. Good oral and written English skills
