Job Summary
Responsible for:
? Muliti-dimensional role emphasizing sales & customer interaction in the form of consultative selling. Consultative selling is Sodexo’s Mindful offer sales approach in which the client is educated and informed through a series of “consultation sessions.” These sessions include needs assessment, discovery and due diligence (diagnostics) after which an appropriate solution (the offer) can be customized to the client. Sessions also include Mindful (wellness) educational programs to support client needs and to create the proper foundation in which the offer is to be delivered within the client premises.
? Support wellness transition and operations through transfer ship of knowledge, expertise and resources to achieve desired business outcome. Duties include preparing business, and operational briefs, training, presentations and proposals. Hands on support through various channels, including face time as required to both operational teams and client if needed. Post-launch support includes follow-up training, troubleshooting, site visits and audits and continued expertise and resource sharing as needed.
? Provide support to Offer Development which includes research, service module piloting, launch surveys and initiatives to validate offer.
? This position shall be active in spearheading wellness initiatives throughout the all sites which includes but not limited to innovations, Sodexo group and local initiatives, client satisfaction surveys, new wellness services, training, retraining and Sodexo employee educational and motivational programs.
? He / she must ensure that we satisfy our Clients and Customers through operational excellence and solid client relationship.
? Manage his/her wellness managers to ensure they improve their competencies.
? Ensure & control the implementation of Sodexo quality standards and HSE initiatives.
? Mindful Ambassador and subject matter expert within Sodexo.
? There will be travel throughout the China mainly Shanghai and Beijing to carry out duties in this job description especially client presentations, consultations and sales calls.

? 8 or more years work experience in above fields
? Proven track record of delivering quality solutions to client preferably in Facility Management industry
? Research, due diligence and consolidating findings into report for clients
? Proven ability to develop and deliver value added and marketing solutions to clients
? Experience in organizing and leading change management programs and providing strategic support to clients based on client needs and expectations.
? Project management, team & task development and delegation
