POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Manager of China Mainland Sales is responsible for processing and coordinating Field Sales requests for support and order fulfillment. The Manager of Sales Operations is also responsible for the collection and presentation of sales forecasts and history for both internal and external use. The position requires interaction with Engineering, Field Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement and Shipping/Receiving.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ATTRIBUTES:
· Develop and manage sales activities of Nonvolatile Memory Card and Main memory module (RDIMM) business. Lead and manage the sales team.
· Responsible for sales pursuit and business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing solutions, services and products.
· Develop China mainland customer. Manage client relationship through China Cloud Computing and Data Storage area.
o Target customer: Nonvolatile memory device for Cloud Computing system and Data Storage Sever system
o Related customer:
§ Inspur, Baidu, Alibaba, Tenscent, Sugon, Huawei, Lenovo, HikVison, Dahua and etc in China
· Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
· Work actively to create new growth initiatives
· Systematic approach in developing capability of the resources. (including tracking and develop training plan)
· Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
· BS in a related field preferred; 6+ years experience in a sales operations role with a min of 3 years in management
· Understand China cloud Computing and data storage system sales experience for Baidu, Alibaba, Sugon, Inspur, Huawei, Lenovo, HikVison, Dahua and etc.
· Recommend Northern China customer sales experience for Inspur, Alibaba, Tenscent and Baidu.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OR REQUIREMENTS (only if required):
Physical demands for an office position with heavy computer use and about 50% travel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 10 work experience
Fluent English commination
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
Outstanding written and verbal Communication Skills
