职位描述：
Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：
- Assure that product is manufactured following the correct quality plan, manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
确保生产过程和产品符合质量计划、制造程序及作业指导书 。
- Organize and prepare the documents related to production operations and product quality and implement them as well.
组织并编写与生产操作和产品质量相关的文件, 并负责加以落实。
- Investigate quality problems and taking corrective and preventive actions Be responsible for pre-production audit on PPAP.
负责调查质量问题并采取相应的矫正预防措施产品先期PPAP和APQP的审核；
- Be responsible for all kinds of standards audit.
审核各种检验标准；
- Develop systems and plan to improve products quality control.
发展系统和计划来改善产品品质的控制。
- According to customers’ requirements, to adopt SPC for quality control
按照客户的要求采用SPC来进行管控。
- To promote customers satisfaction through execution of improvement plan.
执行改善计划提升客户的满意度, 以及每月部门KPI报告完成。
- Be responsible for monthly /annual customer quality assessment and analysis, and monthly dept KPI reports.
负责月度/年度客户质量评估和分析，以及月度部门KPI报告。
a) To ensure effectively implement quality and environmental system and fully compliance with ISO &TS requirement.
确保质量和环境体系的执行效果并且完全依从ISO和TS的要求
b) Cooperate with other departments, arrange internal audit.
与其他部门协调合作进行内部稽核的安排
c) Implement internal audit and improvement.
公司内部审核的实施及问题改进
d) Ensure well prepared quality and environmental systems at any time for external audit.
确保公司的品质和环境系统随时为外部的稽核做好准备
e) Ensure the implementation of corrective action for the finding from internal and external audit.
针对内部和外部稽核所产生的问题，确保纠正改善措施的执行
f) Plan and preside quality and environmental system review meeting, implementation of various
quality and environmental system resolution.
策划并主持质量和环境体系评审会议，推行品质和环境系统的各种决议
g) Reject any the actions that can not solve the current problems.
对于不能消除当前问题的改善有权给予不符合。
h) Handling customer complaints, monitoring the inspectors’ daily work.
处理客户端的品质投诉，监督品质检验员的日常工作；
i) Through regular quality meetings to solve quality problems.
通过定期主持品质会议解决质量问题；
j) Review criteria development and training.
检查标准的制定和培训；
k) Develop control plan.
控制计划的制定；
l) Develop PPAP document.
PPAP文件的制定；
m) Maintain the continuous improvement of product quality.
保持产品品质的持续改进；
n) handling in customer audits.
主导客户稽核；

Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件：
- Bachelor Degree in Science or Technology and certificates in ISO , TS, systems, etc.
理工科本科毕业，拥有相关ISO/TS管理体系的资格证书
- 6- 8 years working experience particularly in a manufacturing facility, with at least 3 years or more in managerial position concerned, and in a multiple-national company preferred.
6- 8年制造行业相关工作经验，其中至少有3年在相关管理职位上的经验；在跨国公司工作的经验优先
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to occupational EHS and ISO , TS quality management systems.
具有EHS的法律知识以及相关ISO,TS质量管理体系的知识
- Demonstrated excellent skills and performance in practicable problem solving, team building and project leading.
出色的解决问题的能力，团队精神与项目管理能力
- Analytical ability to forecast, detect reasons of the problems and efficient skills for practicable solutions; HR emergency handling skills and effectiveness.
具有预测、发现问题的能力和实际处理问题的技巧，处理突发事件的技巧和效率
- Strategic thinking, Structured thinking.
