a. Critical Competency / 关键能力


 - Being able to communicate fluent in English, both written and verbal, as well as in electronic mediums such as Lotus Notes,
   Power Point, Excel, Word etc, as well as specific quality management software

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验


- With a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification, additional training in quality assurance is of
    considerable advantage - 具有机械专业的和相关的教育背景
- Strong knowledge ISO quality standards and procedures such as APQP, PPAP, etc
- 有较强关于ISO质量标准和APQP，PPAP等的知识
- Knowledge regarding quality management systems关于质量管理系统的知识
- Knowledge in incoming inspection 质量检验的知识
- Knowledge in inspections during production拥有知识关于生产过程中的检查
- Knowledge in creation of inspection plans拥有知识关于创建检查计划
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of digital and manual measuring tools such as vernier calliper, vernier high
   gauge, angle measuring tools, micrometer screws, but not limited to
   有较强的数字和人工检验的知识和实际操作经验，其中包括但不限于游标卡尺，游标高测量，角度测量仪，螺旋千分尺等
- Knowledge in measuring tool management 测量工具管理的知识
- Strong knowledge in the use and understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings
   拥有较强的关于装配图的理解能力和操作能力
- Strong knowledge of the importance of tolerances拥有较强公差范围的知识
- Knowledge in different kinds of manufacturing methodologies拥有不同的生产方法
- Used to strongly deal with customers and suppliers to achieve the company needs
  有效处理过于客户和供应商的种种问题并保证实现公司所需
- Experience in working in a ISO standard company would be considered a significant advantage
  在ISO标准的公司拥有工作经验者优先
- Experience in Company certifying work
  有公司产品认证的相关经验
- Overall experience in the above mentioned work environment at least more than 5 years
   在上述全部经验的工作环境下至少工作了5年


c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责


- Creation of inspection instructions制作检验指导书
- Creation of work instructions in conjunction with the work planning department制作作业指导书结合工作规划部门
- Set up of a measurement equipment management system建立一个测量设备管理系统
- Execution of supplier audits in accordance with ISO standards 根据ISO要求执行供应商考核
- Execution of internal process audits执行内部审计流程
- Execution of initial sampling执行初步取样
- Incoming inspection进货检验
- Inspection during production生产时检查
- Processing of customer complaints客户投诉处理 举报 分享
