职位描述：
1. Job Summary:
Responsible for managing, driving and communicating internally and externally for the global suppliers performance management. Work with RD for the new material development.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

  Responsible for raw material supplier quality. Work with Commodity, R&D and factory for supplier performance management, new material evaluation, design optimization, supplier process change or problem solving during whatever NPI and mass production etc.
  Responsible for supplier advanced quality preparation including special gage designing/ qualifying, inspection method improving, quality control planning , manufacturing process improving etc.
  Coordinate supplier technical team, Knowles R&D, engineering team to align the part Specifications based on supplier manufacture process capability and Knowles requirement.
  Participant in new supplier survey and regular supplier QMS audit and lead process audit.
  Participant in supplier quality and necessary technical discussion, such as QBR, lead Quality related, and follow up for closure.

3. Job Specifications

  At least 4 years working experience in supplier or quality management. Knowledge and background of material engineering is preferred.
  Bachelor degree or above in material science, microelectronic, or equivalent. Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise various complex projects.
  Willing to work with cross function team with good skill.
  Knowledge of QEHS system: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TS16949 & internal auditor certificate is preferred.
