Job Description

Position Title: Sales Director / Account Director

Reports to: Management Partner

Subordinates: Sales Team, Account Team

Location: Suzhou/ Shanghai, China

Job responsibilities/岗位职责:
？ Develop a clear sales strategy and plan to support TALENT INSIGHT’s business plan
制定明确的销售策略和计划，以支持启仕的业务计划
？ Implement annual sales plan to make sure sales team to achieve annual business target
实现年度销售计划,确保销售团队实现业务目标
？ Lead Sales /Account team to become a highly productive and highly engaged team
领导销售/客户团队成为一个高效和高投入的团队
？ Develop channel / sales partner plan to maximize sales result
开发销售渠道/合作伙伴计划，最大化实现销售业绩
？ Work with operation and marketing team to develop effective event and promotion
与执行和市场团队共同开发有效的活动和推广
？ Engage key account to become their talent solution’s partner
与大客户建立友好关系成为他们人才解决方案的合作伙伴
？ As a senior leader of TALENT INSIGHT, he/she can corporate with Manager and founders and contribute the growth of company
作为启仕的高级领导人，可以与总经理及合伙人合作，为公司的成长做出贡献

Qualifications/任职要求:
? Passionate about people development (coaching and training)
热衷于人才发展（教练和领导力培训）
? Strong business sense and execution capability
较强的商业意识和执行力
? Strong influencing impact, he/she can engage with business top leaders
较强的影响力，可以与企业高层领导建立友好关系
? Interpersonal skills with well balanced financial mind
较强的人际交往能力，良好的财务分析思维能力
? Great leadership with sense of developing team
具有较强的领导力以及团队建设意识
? Team management experience
至少2年以上团队管理的经验
? Ambitious and result driven
有抱负的，结果导向
? Good logic thinking and analytic skills
优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力
? A bachelor’s degree or above
至少本科以上学历
? At least 3-5 years experience in consulting and training industry
至少3-5年咨询培训行业工作经验
? Excellent spoken and written English
良好的英文口语和书面交流能力
