职位描述：
1,Weekly purchase order’s checking
2,Vendor’s analysis and payment term’s tracking
3,Customer’s analysis and contract review
4,Sales & Service contract review
5,Monthly cost analysis
6,Analysis actual expenses vs Budget
7,SOX Process tracking
8,Tax planning preparation
9,Corporate income tax control
10,Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly local reporting.
11,Update the quarterly TPS
12,Prepare reporting package to IL and local management team
13,Monthly financial analysis report preparations.
14,Coordinating with finance team and other functions
15,Coordinating with the actual employee’s spending follow with tax law
16,Assist the FD for Annual corporate income tax settlement
17,Assist the FD for any legal issue’s preparation
18,Assist the FD for the budget preparation and monitoring
19,Assist the FD for the cash flow and collection
20,Other tasks

Job Requirement:
1,More than 3~ 5years working experiences in finance function
2,Experience in financial reporting according to PRC & US GAAP
3,Experience in working with ERP system – preferably SAP
4,Experience in cost accounting
5,Strong analytical and business skills
6,Familiar with China’s Tax Law
7,Fluent English
8,Good at PPT & Excel skills
